1 cucumber
Fresh Dill
Salt
Apple cider vinegar
Black Sesame Seeds
Plain Yogurt
Olive Oil
Slice your cucumbers and sprinkle with some salt, black sesame seeds, dill leaves and splash of apple cider vinegar. Let it sit at least 30 mins to infuse the nutty taste of the sesame seeds and fresh, herby taste of the dill. Serve with yogurt with little dash of extra virgin olive oil.
Leftover cucumbers are perfect since they will be preserved in the vinegar and salt mixture, and taste even better the the next day. Enjoy…
