Lockdown and restrictions! It’s all we seem to hear at the moment. What about the good old days when we travelled and sailed, discovering by sea. With no way of predicting future limitations should we dare to book something abroad?

While travel abroad is not necessarily on the itinerary, the totally refurbished dream yacht Jongert 27m Vivid is staying in the UK for crewed charters in 2021. If you’ve always dreamt of discovering Britain by sea, here is a fabulous opportunity to do so. Vivid will start off being based on the west coast of Scotland between Clyde and Dunstaffnage, and then go down to the Jurassic Coast and the Scilly Isles in August.

With all soft furnishings renewed in 2019 and a freshly painted hull in 2021 she maintains the crisp clean image that she was created to carry. Staffed with a crew of 3 to cater to your every need, the prices are all inclusive (except for special request wines and spirits). Toys on board include a two-person towable ringo, 2 paddle boards, a wakeboard and snorkelling equipment, just in case the fun of a day sailing hasn’t fulfilled your adrenaline needs.
